It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

The seaside cottage was cozy with stunning views and comfortable amenities. Staff were exceptional, providing daily cleaning and a warm atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the well-stocked bar complemented the experience beautifully. Though not extravagant, the ambiance and friendliness made this stay unforgettable.

The ocean views from our deluxe double room were simply stunning! We enjoyed a bike ride along the beach and had the best candlelit dinner on the balcony, overlooking the waves. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay special.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more family-friendly activities would be great.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a soothing shoulder massage, which really set a nice tone for our stay. The saltwater pool and garden area provided the perfect spots to relax and unwind. I did notice that the cottage lock needed fixing, but it didn’t really bother us at all. 😊

A surprisingly cozy garden

Sipping coffee on the balcony, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers made every morning special. The cozy room was cleaned daily, adding to the comfort of our stay.

However, we faced frustrating delays with service, especially during meal times. It was disappointing to wait over an hour for breakfast, contrary to expectations for a resort.

We had the ocean view room, and wow, it was heavenly! The view was breathtaking, and the room was super spacious and clean. The bathroom? Spotless too. Plus, the soundproofing was impressive. We felt like we had our own little paradise. Definitely a nice touch with privacy and comfort.

Staying for 3 nights in a Comfort Triple Room was a highlight, especially with the astonishing ocean views and the serene saltwater infinity pool. The Mediterranean dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious meals that were both reasonably priced and generous in portion. Staff members consistently demonstrated warmth and attentiveness, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. However, some communal areas could benefit from a bit more upkeep.

The hotel has beautiful tropical gardens with lots of diverse plants and flowers. We enjoyed spacious rooms with air conditioning and a minibar. The staff was super friendly, especially Ricardo, the bartender. They offered amazing spa services like full body massages and had a nice outdoor pool to chill by. Food was tasty and reasonably priced too.

Location on the cliff

Ocean Cliff Hotel is a gem in Negril. The attentive staff and delicious, fresh food made my stay nice, even though service was a bit slow at times. The ocean views are amazing, and I can't wait to return for a longer visit.

My room, the Comfort Triple Room, was cozy and well-maintained. The staff genuinely made my stay enjoyable. they were attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated Ricardo, the bartender, his cocktails were top-notch and hit the spot after a day of exploring. I booked airport transport through the hotel, which turned out to be a great decision. Cliff, the driver, was reliable and made me feel secure traveling solo. The only hiccup was the absence of a workout facility. I missed having a gym during my week-long stay. Overall, a wonderful escape, and I can’t wait to return to this tranquil oasis.
